Inspections
With the module Inspections every employee can perform quality measurements after about 20 minutes of instruction.
Deficiencies are reported back after processing and the filter search allows a quick overview of sections or individual employees.
Supports the verification according to the Hospital Hygiene Act
Notices
To make information via E-Mail or other means, such as direct approach or paper notes, the module Notices was developed.
The three-level message allows, for example:
- Paperless commissioning
- Ready message
- Internal, site-based communication
Betriebsdaten
With the module Betriebsdaten counter readings, measured values and other data series can be recorded and evaluated.
By storing reference values and the time-based report display, the operating data can be evaluated in graphic form.
Fahrzeuge
The Fahrzeuge module digitalizes fleet management.
Vehicles, drivers, maintenance and damage can be managed clearly, easily and centrally.
Tickets
The Tickets module enables implementing workflows based on location and kind of the Ticket, with arbitrary numbers of levels.
Necessary operations can be handled internally or by external trades (including cost estimates, completions, bills).
Time Trackings
The Time Trackings module provides a binding proof of the start and end times of an activity.
The geolocalization (site registration) of the user provides binding evidence of the activity on site. Thus, e.g. Discusses discussions on actual deployment times of managers.
CGX runs in any modern web browser (including smartphones) and offers a standalone app for iOS or Android devices, which can also be used offline.
All modules were initially developed for the cleaning of buildings and have been further developed over the past years, so that today numerous services and conditions (outside the cleaning of buildings) of our users are checked, documented and archived.
In principle, CGX can be used for most activities that are still recorded with paper checklists.
